Stephen Evans is a Professional Family Mediator and Certified Divorce Financial Analyst. Stephen co-founded the Center for Family Mediation and Sandpoint Mediation and is the co-developer of Solution Focused Co-parenting Education. Throughout his career Stephen has worked with over a thousand families to successfully mediate their divorce and custody cases. Stephen is certified as a Divorce Financial Analyst through the Institute For Divorce Financial Analysts (IDFA), as an Advanced Practitioner through the Association of Conflict Resolution (ACR), is an Advanced Practitioner through the Academy of Professional Family Mediators (APFM), is on the Idaho Supreme Court list of Child Custody Mediators, and is a member of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts (AFCC). Stephen currently serves on the Academy of Professional Family Mediators Board of Directors and on the board of the Center for Conflict Resolution, and has previously served as a Board Member on the Idaho Mediation Association Board of Directors. Stephen is a full-time professional family mediator, Certified Divorce Financial Analyst, co-parenting educator, and conflict resolution coach specializing in conflict resolution approaches for high conflict divorce and custody cases.

Tamra Krutz is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in the state of Idaho with over 20 years of experience. Tamra is the co-founder of the Center for Family Mediation and Sandpoint Mediation and the co-developer of Solution Focused Co-parenting Education. Tamra is a full-time professional counselor, co-parenting educator, and child custody specialist. Tamra is a member of the American Counseling Association, is on the board of directors of the Center for Conflict Resolution, previously served on the Board of Directors for the Academy of Professional Family Mediators, is a member of the Academy of Professional Family Mediators, and is on the Idaho Supreme Court list of Child Custody Mediators.
